Great beer selection. Awesome views over Union Square. (Hard to find unless you realize it's inside the Macy's, on the 6th floor.)
Love this place. Great burgers and shakes. I love being able to build my own burger -- tons of toppings and options. It's my first choice in Union Square and is a great alternative to a long wait at Cheesecake Factory in the same building.
Great burger place. The salmon and chicken are great alternatives, but in my book, those ain't burger. Love the build a burger, but the best is the Hangover Burger! Located on the 6th floor inside Macy's, Burger Bar offers a great view of Union Square. (Interesting view of the new Muni tunnel under construction.)
While it is a bit busy and slightly overpriced, IT IS SO WORTH IT!!! The sliders and onion rings are sooo gooooood. There is a variety of burgers and other food. The fries are ah-mazing!!! Did I mention the dessert? NO? Okay, well, the milk shakes are FABULOUS!!! The sundaes are so delicious!!! Everything is fresh. The staff is quite friendly, as is the environment. I also LOVE the view of Union Square. This is such an awesome place to go to with family and friends!!! I'll be going back, and trust me, it's all worth it!!!
While the burger was adequate for the price... I was introduced to boozy shakes here. It changed my life.
I am a Vegetarian and trust me its very difficult to find yummy veggie burgers and by far this is the best place! Super yummy burgers

Very good burgers, gourmet style. Amazing views of Union Square. Located inside Macys on the sixth floor. Place is overpriced, we used a voucher as part of sightseeing city pass
Ate here multiple times, popular among visitors, mainly because it is close to Union Square. When you enter the building go for the left hand side elevators! Go for watching sports, every table has displays. Loud when people are cheering. They have a super spicy burger!
Great burger selection - got the Paradiso and subbed for turkey since I don't eat beef. It was sooooo good! Big portion, spicy, and delicious! Price is not too bad either considering this is Union Square. However, they charge for ranch - $2!!! That is ridiculous, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, if you're coming for the burgers, you'll enjoy. Definitely want to try the shakes next time.
